Ich habe hier in Südafrika einen 3 Monatigen Aufenthalt. Gelandet bin ich im schönem Surfer Dorf Jeffrey’s Bay. Ich hätte es definitiv nicht besser treffen können, es ist wirklich ein Traum hier. Südafrika hat so viele schöne Welten zu bieten die ich kennenlernen durfte. Die Safari mit der Natur und den ganzen Tieren ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Aber auch die Garden Route nach Kapstadt durch die ganzen Berge entlang der wunderschönen Küste ist atemberaubend. Von Kapstadt kann man nur das gleiche behaupten. Es ist immer schönes Wetter, man trifft so viele Leute aus der ganzen Welt! Ich habe hier wirklich eine 2te Familie gefunden und würde am liebsten noch 3 weitere Monate hier bleiben und surfen! Das war die beste Entscheidung meines Lebens und ich kann mir nun keinen besseren Ort mehr auf der Erde vorstellen einen Austausch zu machen. Vergesst Amerika oder Australien und kommt nach Südafrika 🇿🇦!

Es heißt ja, am Ende bereut man die Sachen, die man nicht getan hat und ich kann mich dieser Aussage absolut anschließen.
Ich tue es gerade - ich lebe meinen Traum.
Hier in Südafrika erlebe ich eine Zeit, von der ich wahrscheinlich meinen späteren Kindern erzählen werde. Ich lerne Dinge fürs Leben und über mich selbst und verliebe mich jeden Tag mehr in dieses wunderbare Land.
Die Erfahrungen, die ich hier sammele, sind jedes Geld wert.
Also, wenn du das hier liest & selbst über einen Austausch nachdenkst: JUST! DO! IT! Du kannst nur gewinnen :)
Wow, Germany!!
I must say, so far this is the best experience of my life. I love it so much here in Germany. My host family are the most amazing people ever. I love my school and the friends I’ve made so far. Everything is so beautiful here and the history behind everything is just, wow. I honestly don’t ever want to leave here. I feel so at home here, it’s crazy. Can’t wait for the next two months to come.

Almost traveling to Germany 😀
It’s like being on a rollercoaster. I am traveling to Germany in 3 days and my heart skips a beat everytime I think about it. I am so excited to finally meet my Host-Family and experience Germany firsthand. I am also sad to leave my family here in South Africa but I know they will support and have my back through this. 💕 thank you FSA for this opportunity, this is life changing.

It has been everything I wished for and more. They put in so much effort to make it a good experience and I am grateful for everything they have done to make my stay so special.
I am definitely going to be missing every moment and wish I could stay longer. It has been an unbelievable experience so far! My heart aches knowing that there are only a few days left but I also look forward to telling my family about how wonderful Germany is and how much I loved every moment.

Freunde fürs Leben
Hallo liebe Austauschschüler,
wir haben 2011 auch einen Südafrikaner bei uns Zuhause aufgenommen. Wir haben uns auf anhieb gut verstanden und sind immernoch befreundet. Wir haben eine sehr spezielle Freundschaft zueinander entwickelt. Mein Freund Pearu aus Südafrika war mittlerweile schon 6-7 mal bei uns und mittlerweile lebt er sogar bei mir in Deutschland. Wir wohnen in der Nähe von Hamburg zusammen in einer WG und er arbeitet für ein paar Jahre in Deutschland. Wir sind seit dem Austausch so gute Freunde geworden, wie ich es mir nie hätte vorstellen können. Eine super Erfahrung und ich kann dies jedem einfach nur empfehlen. Mittlerweile also 7 Jahre befreundet. Ich wollte das dem FSA Team einfach einmal mitteilen. Schöne Grüße der Tom
